Train with a supportive group to race in September!

Our 8-week 10K training program (or in this case, 11K) is designed for beginner and intermediate-level runners who want to improve speed and endurance. Regardless of if you plan to race at the end of the program, this training group will help you develop a consistent running routine.

Group programs are offered at Charm City Run locations. You will meet twice a week for supported group runs with your fellow runners and coach - once for a speed workout and once for a distance run in addition to following a weekly training plan. Your expert coach will provide plenty of advice and running education along the way including tips & tricks for hydration, nutrition and injury prevention.

No running experience necessary! Runners, walkers and run/walkers of all levels welcome!


Run to Remember 11K Training

Our 11K groups start July 13th and targets the Mercy Run to Remember 11K presented by Brooks on Sunday, September 8th. Regardless of if you plan to race at the end of the training program, this group will keep you motivated to train consistently through the summer.
