Charm City Run Events is proud to be the official timer of the YDC Shamrock 'N Roll 5K Run/Walk ! The race benefits the Winchester Youth Development Center, a six acre campus comprised of agencies committed to providing area youth with the opportunity for recreational and educational programs focused on their total development. A portion of the proceeds will also benefit the Shenandoah University Track & Field program.

Please Note: Race-day registration WILL be available this year – runners are encouraged to pre-register online to guarantee receipt of a race shirt. The race will be held rain or shine (or snow!), and registration fees are non-refundable.
There are no refunds of entry given or transfers of entry permitted for this event.

Amenities
5k & Little Leprechauns Fun Run participants who register by December 1st are guaranteed to receive a race t-shirt (sizes and availability are guaranteed for first 200 registrants). The 5k race is chip-timed, and there will be a water station on the course, and water & sports drink at the finish line. Course marshals will direct racers at all major turns. A post-race party at Brewbakers Restaurant is also included with each race entry.
Course
The 5k course starts and ends at the Civil War Courthouse on Loudon Street in Old Town Winchester. The course is flat and fast through Downtown Winchester. The Little Leprechauns Fun Run will travel approximately .5 miles down the Loudon Street Mall.
