Join us for our FREE summer track workouts every Monday night starting Monday, June 5th. We will meet at the Dulaney High School track at 6:30pm for an hour workout. This is the perfect opportunity to incorporate some speed work into your summer training. ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME, including walkers! Workouts will be challenging but FUN and can be easily adapted to your personal abilities.
Please come dressed for the weather as some nights may be hot and bring a water bottle.
