Get ready to feel the burn!

We'll meet outside Charm City Run Timonium at 9:30 AM on Sunday, July 17 and run to the closeby Barrevolution (about 1 mile). Once we arrive we'll take a 45 minute outdoor barre class led by CCR Runner and Barrevolution Instructor Julia Hooper. After class, we'll run or walk back to the store as a cool down and enjoy optional post-workout packaged treats outside the shop. We'll have shopping specials just for you in-store!

*Please bring a mat and we will take care of transporting it to Barrevolution for you.
