Try a mile with Athletes Serving Athletes and Make a Difference!

You may have seen us before in a race. Maybe your first thought was, "I am not strong enough, or fast enough to help." If you can run a 5K, you can do it! Fast or slow, young or old. We have individuals living with disabilities on a waiting list eager to train and race with ASA and they need you to join us as a WingMan so that they can Finish! Come and try a mile that will start from Charm City Run Frederick.

We will start off in the store hearing from Athletes and WingMen who are in the program and then head out for a mile run all together. No pressure, no commitment, no expectations – bring a friend! Go to www.asa.run to learn more!
