Looking to switch up your workout routine? Join us at Charm City Run Timonium for a HIIT class with Eric Atherton from EA Fit Club. This 45 minute class will be focused on targeted interval training so you can gain strength while getting a cardio workout at the same time. All levels are welcome and all the movements during class can be adjusted to your abilities. Most importantly, this class will be FUN!
Weather permitting, we will hold class outside so please dress accordingly in comfortable workout clothes and shoes.
