It's getting hot and humid out there! Join us for a hydration clinic and fun run to learn about best practices for staying safe when you run during the summer months. We'll kick off the morning with a 30 minute run from the store at 11:00am.
After we're got in a good sweat, we'll re-group back in the store at 11:30am for a info session about hydration. We'll cover how to hydrate, explore different electrolyte and hydration products and explain the hydration accessory options you can use on the run. Plus, enjoy samples while we chat!
