We know - it's frustrating when injuries stand in the way of your running goals, physical activity or daily mobility. That's why MedStar Sports Medicine will be providing FREE injury screenings at Charm City Run Bel Air. Whether you are dealing with a nagging injury or want tips for how to stay injury free, we recommend you sign up for a one-on-one appointment. This is your opportunity to see both a MedStar physician and physical therapist so you can continue your running training pain-free!
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Dress in comfortable workout clothes and bring or wear your current running/walking shoes.

Meet the MedStar Team
Dr. Sean Curtin, Primary Care Sports Medicine
Dr. Curtin is a primary care physician, board-certified in internal medicine and fellowship trained in sports medicine. He has more than a decade of experience in orthopaedics and sports medicine, specializing in the evaluation and management of non-surgical orthopaedic problems, ranging from simple fractures and complex sprains to overuse tendonitis and degenerative arthritis. Dr. Curtin also an expert in the evaluation and management of concussions and post-concussion syndrome. He treats disorders of the shoulders, elbows, hands, hips, knees, ankles, as well as the cervical and lumbar spine.
Dr. Curtin currently serves as team physician for the Baltimore Ravens, Baltimore Orioles, and Washington Capitals.
