Please join us for a 5K fun run/ 1 mile walk to benefit Operation Smile! Operation Smile is an organization dedicated to performing life-changing surgeries to repair cleft lips and palates for children who couldn't otherwise afford the surgery.
EVERYONE of ALL ages is welcome! Bring your kids, family, friends, furry friends, etc. If you or your child would prefer to ride their bike, that works too!
ALL proceeds will be donated directly to Operation Smile so that we can help bring positive change to children’s lives.
If you are unfamiliar with Operation Smile, there are millions of children around the world in need of cleft lip and palate surgery and the majority of these children are unable to receive the medical care they need. Because of this, being born with a cleft condition can be fatal. If a child survives, they may face bullying and social isolation. One cleft surgery can transform a child’s life in as little as 45 minutes for as little as $240. Volunteers help improve the health and dignity of patients helping them to better breathe, eat, speak and live lives of greater quality and confidence.
