8:00am - 11:00am: Our friends from Curio Wellness will be here to provide complimentary chair massages, acupuncture and facial treatments, all geared towards runners. Just stop by to enjoy!
8:00am-11:00am: Make an appointment for a one-on-one evalutation with a PT from Spine and Sports Rehabilitation. The perfect opportunity to get that nagging pain checked out or get some tips for how to stay injury-free!
9:00am-10:00am: Join the Orangetheory trainers for a foam rolling demo! Foam rolling is a great way to shorten your post-race recovery time. Bring your own foam roller or pick one up in the store while you’re here.
