Charles Street 12 Training
Prepare to run 12 miles down Charles Street with strength and confidence!
Groups start June 16th!
The Charles Street 12 Miler is a beautiful race that runs 12 glorious miles down Baltimore’s historic street. Why not train with your local running store for 12 weeks and then run your hometown race? You will meet new running friends, get running advice, and enjoy the beautiful spring weather all while training for an achieving your goal safely.
This session will start June 16th and end September 1st. Check below for practice days and times at your location.

To safely meet your goal we do ask that you have a base level of running under your belt before joining this group. What does that mean? We ask that at the beginning of the program you are able to run/walk 3-4 miles at one time and are currently running 10-15 miles per week. This does not mean you need to be able to run the entire way but just that you are comfortable covering that distance. Are you not sure if you meet these requirements? Don’t worry ask the coach for you location. You will be surprised that most people meet these requirements and are able to join the group.
