Josh Pickett

Josh began working for Charm City Run in 2011 and is now serving as the Amazon lead. He previously managed the Bel Air store. A native of Bel Air, Josh ran locally for John Carroll High School and continued running for Salisbury University. A big fan of the competition aspect of running, you're likely to catch Josh out watching local track and cross-country races. Josh's younger brothers, Ben and Mark, also ran in high school and college. Ben now serves as Charm City Run’s General Manager. 

In the past, Josh has enjoyed both coaching training programs and leading weekly fun-runs. He is passionate about making sure every runner has the right fit in order to have the best run possible. When not running or in the store, Josh enjoys playing and recording music and helping out with local events.
