Summer Speed & Strength
The Next Series Starts May 9th!
Get faster & stronger with weekly workouts!
Join us for summer speed and strength workouts Thursday nights in May! We'll meet at Patterson Park in Baltimore at 6:30pm and kick off the workout with a body weight strength session that will activate and build your glutes, hips, core and upper body. Part two of the workout will be a running interval and/or hill workout designed to help you increase your speed and build mental confidence.
This workout can be adapted to all levels and is perfect if you're training for a fall race or just looking to switch up your regular running routine. Speed and strength work will help you get faster and stronger and we'll have a lot of fun at the same time!
What to expect: We get started at 6:30pm with a dynamic warm-up, strength workout and then a speed interval/hill session. Each session will last 1-1.5 hours (ends by 8:00pm). Please bring a water bottle and a towel or yoga mat if you wish to use it for the strength section of the workout. Both the strength and running sections of the workout are scalable to your experience level and goals.
Location: We will meet at the corner of Linwood Ave. and Eastern Ave. near the smaller section of Patterson Park.

The May Series of Summer Speed & Strength Starts May 9th. The series is 4 workouts in total: May 9th, May 16th, May 23rd & May 30th. You can register for the entire series or drop-in workouts.
You can register for the entire May Series ($50) or drop-in workouts ($15). There is no on-site registration so please register ahead of time online or at Charm City Run Fells Point.
