Charm City Run Frederick, formerly If The Shoe Fits, is located near downtown Frederick and truely embraces the local road and trail running community culture.
Whether you are being fit for a good pair of walking shoes or need trail shoes for your next ultra, we are committed to providing a through and welcoming experience. We carry a full range of brands, widths and styles to fit your needs and we can promise an accepting and approachable experience in the shop.
Many of our Frederick team members have years of experience running the local trails and we invite to join us every first Saturday of the month at the Frederick Watershed for your own taste of the trails!
Trails not your style? We also have monthly pub runs to a local brewery and training groups for 5K to marathon races distances. Scroll down to learn more about store events and groups.
