Join us as we celebrate the accomplishments of more than 1,000 girls in Carroll and Howard counties who are completing their 10-week GOTR season! Our celebratory 5k is non-competitive (no chip timing), and a great way to see Girls on the Run in action! Run for fun, then cheer the girls on as they cross the finish line!

Can't make the event? Be a virtual runner... run on your own while supporting GOTR. We will email you printable bib and a t-shirt in the mail.

Packet pick-up
Girls who are currently participating in the program are already registered for the 5k and will receive their 5k materials (bibs, pins, goody bags) from their coach on the morning of the event. For all other other 5k participants (Running Buddies, coaches, family members and community participants), packet pick-up information is as follows:

You may also pick up your race packet at the registration table on December 2nd. However, picking up your packet the morning of the race can create confusion, stress, delays, and the possibility that we may run out of shirts in your size. We strongly recommend picking up prior to race day.
Course
The 5k Course is a 3.1 mile course that starts and ends at 7150 Columbia Gateway Drive. The 5k participants will pass a 1 water stop. Course Marshals will also be placed along the course for safety and to cheer on the girls and 5k participants.
