10K Training
Baltimore Running Festival 10K
Train with a supportive group to race to reach your fall goals!
Our 8-week 10K training program is designed for beginner and intermediate-level runners who want to improve speed and endurance. Regardless of if you plan to race at the end of the program, this training group will help you develop a consistent running routine.
Group programs are offered at Charm City Run locations. You will meet twice a week for supported group runs with your fellow runners and coach - once for a speed workout and once for a distance run in addition to following a weekly training plan. Your expert coach will provide plenty of advice and running education along the way including tips & tricks for hydration, nutrition and injury prevention.
No running experience necessary! Runners, walkers and run/walkers of all levels welcome!

Our next 10K groups start August 19th and targets the Baltimore Running Festival on October 14th. Regardless of if you plan to race at the end of the training program, this group will keep you motivated to train consistently through the summer.

Where will we run? Groups run from local areas near their “home base” store. We will meet in open, spacious location to allow for distancing before we start our runs.
