Shoe fitting walk-ups are always welcome but we recommend that you book an appointment ahead of time so we know to expect you. We do not offer appointments on the weekends. When you arrive at the shop, you will check in at our host table and we will lead you to your fitting station once it is ready. All walk-ups will be helped first-come, first-serve.

Our host station will have hand sanitizer.
There will be no signature required on receipts. Receipts can be emailed to the guest upon request.
Apparel purchased may be returned for any reason within 2 weeks of purchase for credit on your credit card. *Sale apparel is final sale.
Footwear kept inside may be returned for credit on your credit card. Used footwear may be returned for store credit or exchange within 2 weeks. *Sale footwear is final sale.
Our restrooms will be closed to the public.
If any guest or Charm City Run team member does not feel well, they cannot come to work or to play.

Select options are also available for pick-up by placing an order online. Click here to shop and select “Pick-up in store” as your filter.

You have the option to sign up for a virtual shoe fitting appointment or a virtual personal shopping appointment One of our store leads or general managers will be ready to help you find your perfect shoes/gear and answer any of your running/walking questions. Once you find the gear you need, we are happy to complete you order during the zoom call. We can’t wait to “meet” you!
