10K Training

Are you planning to run the Susquehanna River 10K in september?

Our 8 - week 10K training program is designed for beginner and intermediate-level runners who want to improve speed and endurance. Regardless of if you plan to race at the end of the program, this training group will help you develop a consistent running routine.

Group programs are offered at Charm City Run locations. You will meet twice a week for supported group runs with your fellow runners and coach - once for a speed workout and once for a distance run in addition to following a weekly training plan. Your expert coach will provide plenty of advice and running education along the way including tips & tricks for hydration, nutrition and injury prevention.

No running experience necessary! Runners, walkers and run/walkers of all levels welcome!


Susquehanna River Running Festival 10K Training

Our next 10K group starts July 29th and targets the Susquehanna River Running Festival on Saturday, September 23rd. Regardless of if you plan to race at the end of the training program, this group will keep you motivated to train consistently through the summer.
