High School XC Summer Training

Want to join one of our high school cross country groups now? Register for our summer training and join a hard working group of student athletes led by experienced coaches. With schools getting ready for the fall season, this camp gives high school students the opportunity to run over the summer and prepare for August tryouts.
Rising eighth graders - seniors eligible! High school athletes, join our High School XC Summer Camp and get the most out of your summer! Purposeful summer training is the foundation for a great cross-country season. Most importantly, summer training is crucial for your long-term growth and development as a running athlete.
*Middle Schoolers - are welcome to join our camp in Annapolis and Bel Air locations

Structured and coach supported training sessions three times a week (speed work and long runs included)
Integration of your coach's summer training program
Bio-mechanical analysis
Performance education: goal setting, tactical aspects of racing, recovery techniques, and proper equipment usage
