Enjoy this casual 3 to 5 mile run through local neighborhoods before crossing the finish line at AVAM. Then stick around for the FREE Flicks From The Hill screening of "Harriet the Spy" (1996) starting at 9pm.

This fitness workout is part of our Fit before Flicks series. On Thursdays, July 19-August 30, 6:30pm enjoy a different fitness activity led by local fitness experts. It precedes Flicks on the Hill, a free outdoor film series in Federal Hill Park produced by the American Visionary Art Museum.
