Whether you are out for a run or walking your neighborhood, safety is our top priority. We are once again offering a self defense clinic for our community. Led by Ron Zwolak, certified black belt instructor and former professional fighter, this 2 hour workshop at Charm City Run Annapolis will leave you feeling empowered and give you the practical tools and techniques you to protect yourself. Be ready to move around throughout the workshop.

Key Striking & Target Areas
Preparation
Escape & Avoidance Techniques
Anxiety Control
Diffusing Aggressive Situations
Weather permitting, we will hold the workshop outside so please dress comfortably for the weather and wear sneakers. In the event of inclement weather, we will move the workshop inside the store.
This workshop is limited to 20 spots and we expect it to fill quickly so please register to reserve your spot. The cost of the workshop is $20 (an awesome deal). Registration will close Friday, April 3rd at 5:00pm.
