Whether starting a running program for the first time or training for an upcoming race, everyone has one common goal in mind… staying healthy! Come join physical therapists from NovaCare Rehabilitation on April 12th for a night of learning how to prevent injuries from happening, whether running on the road or hitting the trails. Our staff will discuss appropriate cross training to incorporate in to your program to stay strong and injury free this season. We will also answer questions you may have about training and offer complimentary injury screens if you are already dealing with something nagging.
