We’re exploring neighborhoods throughout the Frederick area! Run with Charm City Run Frederick in Spring Ridge on Tuesday August 16th at 6:30 PM. Meet us at near the Spring Ridge pool and there will be a Charm City Run tent set up. Please let us know if you can make it! We’re planning a 2 and 4 mile route.
