Charm City Run Frederick is exploring neighborhoods in the area! Run with CCR and Rehab2Perform in Mt. Airy on Saturday August 20th at 7 AM so we can beat the heat! We’ll meet at Rehab2Perform in Mt. Airy located at 1202 Rising Ridge Rd Suite 1, Mt Airy, MD 21771.

Rehab2Perform will be lead a warm up and cool down after the run. All levels of runners are welcome!
