Join us for an introduction to Delirium, a brand new interval training class from our friends at Nevermore Crossfit. We're excited to be one of the first to host this class! Instructors will be here to lead you through a one hour session outside on the Square. The high energy class is a perfect compliment to running or any other training you enjoy.
Please dress in comfortable workout clothes and shoes for an outdoor workout. Bring a water bottle and a positive attitude!
So what is Delirium?
Delirum is a calorie-burning, interval training class designed to target all levels of clients. With a proven combination of body weight movements, plyometrics, running, rowing, jump rope, kettlebells, dumbbells, and medicine balls, you will increase muscle and burn calories. The class will focus on aerobic, anaerobic conditioning, functional training and core in a fast-paced environment customized to your level and your goals. As the name implies, it’s guaranteed to create excitement in your workout, shred fat and move you closer to the body you want.
