Two of the best things about summer are getting outside to run and enjoying a beer with friends. We’re inviting you to do both with us when we team up with Heavy Seas Alehouse on Wednesday, August 16th to bring together the amazing Baltimore running community.
We’ll have groups starting from both Charm City Run Locust Point and the new Charm City Run Fells Point for a group run. You will have the choice to run between 3-5 miles.
Once you reach the Alehouse, participating runners will receive one complimentary beer thanks to Heavy Seas Alehouse.
Additionally, every runner will receive discounted registration to the inauguralLoose Cannon 5k and a raffle ticket to enter for fun prizes, including free entry to the Loose Cannon 5K. The Loose Cannot 5k starts and finishes from the Heavy Seas Beer brewery in Halethorpe and includes four hours of live music, lawn games, and amazing swag that will help outfit your home bar.
Runners can buy additional raffle tickets with all of the profits going Clean Water Fund. One dollar from every beer sold that night will also be donated to the fund. That’s right; you can help keep our Bay and Harbor clean just by drinking a beer with friends!
