Come by the shop at your scheduled time to get your ON try on shoes laced up for the run! Demo runs will leave every 10 mins to allow for social distancing. Please wear reflective gear and bring head/body lamp. Be prepared to run 3-4 miles, all paces welcome!
The store will be open late that night for anyone that wants to shop. There will also be demos of Theragun percussion massagers set up in the store from 5:30-7pm. Remember to have a mask with you while you are in the store.
This is a free event, but registration is required so we know how many people to expect. If you register and are no longer able to join us, please email annapolis@charmcityrun.com.
As always, remember to wear your mask when we meet as a group before and after the run and anytime you are in close proximity to another runner or walker.
