Join us for a yoga class geared towards runners at Charm City Run Locust Point! It's the perfect way to shake up your usual running routine, gain flexibility or give yourself an hour to relax.
Please bring a yoga mat or a towel and a water bottle with you.
We are excited to have Robin Fencel from BMore SUP and MPower Yoga Studio leading our class. As a runner herself, she knows how to use yoga to compliment running. Robin’s mission as a yoga instructor is to challenge the body and inspire the mind. She uses her background as a Physician Assistant and Division I athlete to create an invigorating yoga sequence that is alignment based. You can find Robin running around Fells Point, on the water at BMore SUP, and on the mat at MPower Yoga Studio.
