Join us for this special edition of Run Ride Run with Altra! A representative will be here with Altra shoe samples for you to wear test as you run to and from Cycle Fit.
As usual we'll start at Charm City Run Frederick and run 4 miles to CycleFit for a 30 minute cardio spin challenge. After you sweat it out on the bike, we'll run a 1 mile city loop to end back at If The Shoe Fits.

The first part of the run starts promptly at 7:15am so please arrive by 7am to check-in. There is limited space available for each session so please register below.
