Join Brooks and NovaCare PT at Charm City Run Fells Point for our St. Michael's Running Festival Race Prep Fun Run! Warm up for the run with NovaCare PT at 7am. If you'd like, slip on a pair of Brooks demo shoes for your run. Head out on the waterfront promenade for a nice flat run to mimic race day elevation. After your run, ask the NovaCare team any injury or prevention questions you may have. There will be food, drinks, shopping discounts and a gift with purchase from Brooks!
