Join us at Charm City Run Annapolis for a night focused on hydration for runners and walkers. During the hot and humid summer months, it is more important than ever to focus on preventing dehydration and the problems that can arise because of it. Topics will include how to hydrate before, during and after exercise, electrolyte replenishment and hydration accessories.
A representative from Camelbak will also be here with samples and to talk about hydration techniques.
