Are you curious about trail running but don't know where to start? If your answer is yes, then this Trail Running 101 Clinic is perfect for you! Our expert trail runners will meet with you at Gunpowder State Park to safely you introduce you to the joys of running rocks and hopping streams.
We will start with a brief talk addressing how to approach trail running, safety tips and trail running gear. We will also provide recommendations of where to trail run in Harford County, Baltimore County and beyond! There will also be time to answer individual questions. Following the discussion, we will guide participants in a short trail run.
