Join us for a bootcamp workout at Charm City Run Locust Point. Noelle Hewitt from closeby Rev Cycle will lead you through a heart pumping, bodyweight, fun workout in the store. All fitness levels are welcome! Whether you are a runner looking to add strength work to your weekly routine or you are looking for a way to stay active during the weekend - this is the workout for you!
Please wear comfortable workout attire and athletic/running shoes.
