About Reading Partners
Reading Partners mobilizes communities to provide students with the proven, individualized reading support they need to read at grade level by fourth grade. Now in its fifth full year in Baltimore, Reading Partners aims to serve 900 students in 18 Title I elementary schools with the assistance of 1,100 community volunteers.
