Josh Dill

Josh Dill was born and raised in Harford county. He grew up playing baseball and came to running when he needed something to keep him active in college. Josh is a Towson University graduate and former restaurant owner.

Josh came to Charm City Run when he set a goal to run a half marathon. He joined his first running group in Bel Air and enjoyed it so much that he wanted to work there. He got a chance to work in Timonium with a great group of people. After Josh’s first day, he knew this is where he wanted to be. He left the restaurant business and joined the Timonium staff full time.

When Josh had the opportunity to be the new store lead in Bel Air, he couldn't pass up the opportunity to go back to where it started. Josh is the proud father to Addie and husband to Jess.
