Our mission goes beyond selling. We want to inspire. It is a lofty goal, but we have a humble and perhaps ignorant belief that we can do this every day. To move. When people move they are better versions of themselves, better workers, but more importantly better friends, partners, brothers, sisters and parents. There is a spirit within you and it takes some care. We want to move that spirit to a happier place. The sole is the product and offers us the opportunity to start talking.
our fit process
Whether you need a comfortable shoe for everyday use or are training for a race, we are commited to fitting every customer in the “right” shoe using our 4-step process.
Build Background - We talk with you to determine your goals, current footwear and injury history.
Gait Analysis - We watch you walk barefoot and film you on the treadmill to determine how your foot moves.
Measurement - We use a Brannock device to properly measure the length and width of your feet.
Try Shoes and Insoles - We provide a selection of shoes to try based on your needs. We may also recommend specific over-the-counter insoles to try with your new shoes.

Community Events
We host FREE and low cost events at all of our Charm City Run locations including social fun runs and pub runs; fitness classes led by local instructors; Running 101 clinics with our expert coaches; and injury screenings with the best physical therapists and physicians in the area. We invite you to sign up for our weekly emails so you can stay in the loop with upcoming events.
Training Programs
Our goal is to safely train people, from the new runner to the advanced marathoner, for distance races. Our coaches and your fellow runners will help you reach your goals - whether you are aiming to finish your first 5K or qualify for the Boston Marathon.
Groups start throughout the year and target local distance races. Virtual training plans and coaching options are also available.
All paces and experience levels welcome!

We live for the spirit of race day. There is nothing better than watching friends cross their first finish line together and competitive runners achieve that PR. Charm City Run Events offers races throughout the year including our Under Armour B3 Distance Series presented by KELLY.
