become A STRONGER RUNNER this spring

Get faster, feel stronger and have fun with weekly speed and strength workouts! Whether you are starting to run or want to elevate your current running routine, these workouts can be adapted for all levels.

Each 1 hour session will start with a low impact, highly effective, body weight strength exercises that will activate and build your glutes, hips, core and upper body, as well as some interval running / walking designed to help increase your speed and build mental confidence.

Both the strength and running/walking portions of the workout will be scalable to your experience level and goals. Every workout will end with Stretching. You will need to bring a yoga mat or towel with you for each workout.

Dates, Times & Registration

There is no on-site registration so you must register in-store or online before the start of the session.
