American Heart Association's National Walking Day - 30 Minute Group Walk

Life can get busy, and as the years go by, it seems as though being physically active is taking the backseat to work and sitting in front of a screen for a lot of people. As the nation becomes less active, the risk of heart disease, stroke and other diseases continues to increase.

That's why Charm City Run is joining forces with the American Heart Association by participating in National Walking Day!

The first Wednesday of April kicks off a month-long celebration intended to help Americans become more active. Join us on April 6th at each of our stores to lace up your sneakers and simply walk for 30 minutes.  We look forward to seeing you all there as we walk behind this great cause!

I'll be there!

While donations will be accepted, this event is free, but registering will ensure you receive relevant updates via email.
