Learn how yoga helps with strength, flexibility, balance, opening up joints and is a huge stress reliever. It will improve your body and your mind. If you want to push yourself to your next PR or complement your casual running, yoga is where it's at. Plus, if you've recently run in the Baltimore Running Festival, Marine Corps or other fall race, this is a great way to help your body recover.
Come dressed in comfortable loose fitting clothing and bring a water bottle, mat or towel and an open mind.

Paul is an avid runner, cyclist, and swimmer who believes that a yoga lifestyle can enhance all aspects of our professional and personal lives. He has been a faculty member in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy since 1999. Paul received his 200 hour teacher training certificate at Yoga On York in 2013. He teaches Stiff Guys yoga and other classes when needed.
