Have you ever wanted to try trail running, but weren’t sure where to start or where to run? Join Charm City Run at Bacon Ridge Trail on November 3rd and/or December 1st and discover what trail running is all about! This session will be led by one of our expert coaches and no prior trail experience is required to attend. Beginners welcome!
You will also have the opportunity to run in demo trail shoes that will help meet your needs on the trail.

We will have different groups based on experience and pace, so everyone is encouraged to come. Come dressed for the weather and ready to have a great time!
