Charm City Run Gaithersburg and Charm City Run Frederick are hosting a trail run this Sunday, February 19th at 9am with Altra.

Altra will be on-site with their trail shoes to try on and run in. The loop is 3.8 miles with a one mile loop as well for people that want to do loops to test different shoes. 

Plan to park at Little Bennett Regional Park, Prescott Rd, Clarksburg, MD 20871.

You’re invited to join us on Saturday, January 7th for all things Froggy Hollow!  

We will check out the Froggy Hollow 5 & 9 presented by Altra race course with one of the Race Organizers, Sarah B.  Then, we will gather at Charm City Run Gaithersburg for more trail running fun with food, drinks, deals, shoe fittings, and shoe demos with Altra. Altra will be in-store where there will also be food, drinks, deals, and trail shoe fittings.  Don’t miss your chance to win a pair of Altra shoes - more info below.  We hope to see you for all or some of these great events this Saturday!

Froggy Hollow 5 & 9 presented by Altra Course Preview Run on Saturday, Jan 7, 2023

Where: Little Bennett Trailhead off Prescott Rd 

When: 9:50 AM brief course chat w/ Sarah B.  Cue sheets will be available.  Start run at 10 AM.

What to expect: Total mileage is approx 6 miles (parking lot to loop + one loop + exit loop back to the parking lot).  Some people will run the course loop once, others will run the loop twice or more to practice for race day.  You’re welcome to run the loop as many times as you want!  Then, join the post-run fun at Charm City Run Gaithersburg.

What to expect: Join us for complimentary food and drink while you browse - 15% off all full-priced items in the store!  Try out the latest Altras and chat with Altra Running starting at 12 PM.  TWO pairs of Altra shoes will be raffled off at 4 PM on Saturday!! To enter the drawing: stop by the Gaithersburg CCR store between 10 AM and 4 PM on Saturday, Jan 7th and grab a ticket, no purchase is necessary.  A Charm City Run Events team member will be at the store after 12 PM to answer any Charm City Run Event questions and to chat about the Froggy Hollow 5 & 9 presented by Altra event.

Charm City Run Frederick will be hosting a Trail Run every 2nd Saturday at 7:30 AM. Each run will be in a new location in the greater Frederick area. On Saturday, October 9 we will run a 4 mile loop at Little Bennett Regional Park (Kingsley Parking Area).
