Join Charm City Run Frederick for a Trail Run every 2nd Saturday at 7:30 AM. Each run will be in a new location in the greater Frederick area.

Appalachian Trail (Annapolis Rock & Black Rock Cliff Trailhead)
We'll be heading south bound on the AT for a 3 mile out-and-back. Expect a little bit of rockiness.

Please make sure to bring a neck gaiter!
