Join Charm City Run Frederick for a Trail Run every 2nd Saturday at 7:30 AM. Each run will be in a new location in the greater Frederick area.

Appalachian Trail (Gathland State Park)
Another 3 mile out and back on the Appalachian Trail from historic Gathland State Park. We will be parking at the lot off of Arnoldtown Road and heading South.

Please remember to bring a neck gaiter.
