Join Charm City Run Frederick for a Trail Run every 2nd Saturday at 7:30 AM. Each run will be in a new location in the greater Frederick area.

Frederick Watershed (Upper Hamburg Parking lot)
A 3 mile loop -5 we'll be touching on the network of fire roads in the area and exploring some of the winding trails north of Hamburg Road.

Please remember to bring a neck gaiter!
