Join Charm City Run Frederick for a Trail Run every 2nd Saturday at 7:30 AM. Each run will be in a new location in the greater Frederick area.

Frederick Watershed (Upper Hamburg Parking lot)
A popular 3 - 4 mile loop on the south side of Hamburg. Relatively smooth and a great route to learn for this distance!

Please make sure to bring a neck gaiter!
