Join us for a special opportunity at Charm City Run Locust Point! Stop by any time between 9am and 12pm to meet the team of professional coaches of OPEX Baltimore South. They will be offering free medical grade body composition scans on the InBody 270 Body Composition Analyzer as well as a FMS movement screen.
The OPEX Baltimore team will take the lean body mass and body fat values and provide context as to what they mean in relation to disease and overall health. They will also do a movement screen to assess upper and lower body mobility.
You will also have the ability to schedule follow up appointments or a more in depth consultation should you be interested!
