Join us for an in-store class! CorePower Yoga Instructor Angela Spagna will be here to lead a yoga flow at Charm City Run Locust Point. Class starts at 4:00pm but plan to arrive early to set up your space. This class is open to all levels so whether you are trying yoga for the first time or take classes regularly, you are welcome to attend this session. Modifications will be given throughout the session.
Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle with you.
