About Laura Diebold
Laura is the Wellness Director at NovaCare Rehabilitation in Baltimore and the surrounding area. She loves hiking, swimming, soccer, strength training and kettlebells, but most of all, she loves to run! She has been instructing fitness since attending McGill University in 2009, where she completed a kinesiology practicum in strength and conditioning while earning a bachelor's degree in philosophy and psychology. She has earned certifications in senior fitness, indoor cycling, hard style kettlebells, hatha and chair yoga, chronic disease management, CrossFit, TRX RIP and more. Laura is an RYT-200 and RKC certified.
