Dr. Matt Silver is from Rome, New York where he fell in love with long distance running and working out while in high school. Dr. Silver started his own practice "Alpha Project Phyzio & Performance'' out of frustration and inability to give his patients the quality of care they deserve in the current insurance based model of physical therapy. Dr.Silver treats distance runners, cross-fit athletes, and physically active people who want to finally be able to move and enjoy their sport/activity without pain.
