Join us on the turf at Under Armour Performance Center on Hull Street at 6:30pm. After a 1 mile warm up run, we will workout on the turf with several physical therapists and a personal trainer from FX Physical Therapy. There will be two raffle drawings immediately after the workout that all participants will be entered into. Win a FREE gait analysis with the FX PT team or a FREE 60 minute personal training session with the FX Training Team.

Following the workout, feel free to join us on the patio at Little Havana for happy hour including $5 special on Pinot Grigio cans and a $3 special on Monopolio lager cans.
